The fine print
If you find yourself unable to attend, please consider passing on your ticket to a friend or colleague. If this is not possible, we’ll refund 75% the price you paid if you cancel before March 20, 2016. After this date there can be no refund.
We make every effort to confirm speakers according to the published schedule, but life is unpredictable and sometimes circumstances are beyond our control. Conference events and speakers are thus subject to change without notice.
Code of Conduct
All organizers, speakers, sponsors, volunteers and 3rd-party staff at UX Salon 2016 agree to the following code of conduct. UX Salon has run since 2014 without any reports or incidents of harassment or abuse, but we want our guests to feel comfortable and confident that they are in a trustworthy, harassment-free environment, in which they can report any ill-willed activity to the organizers and receive swift resolution.
Harassment will not be tolerated. Harassment includes offensive comments or actions related to gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, intimidation, stalking, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.
If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of the conference staff. While organizers can be reached at: [email protected], @uxsalon on Twitter
Conference participants violating this conduct may be removed from the conference without refund at the discretion of the conference organizers.
